Service refers to the Application and/or the Website.

3. Third-Party Sign-In Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following third-party authentication methods:

Sign in with Apple
When You use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide Us with Your name and email address (or an Apple-generated relay email address if You choose to hide Your real email). We use this information solely to create and manage Your account. We do not share Apple-provided data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Google / Gmail Sign-In
When You use Google Sign-In, Google may share Your name, email address, and profile picture with Us. We access only the minimum data necessary to authenticate You and create Your account.
If You decide to register through or grant Us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal Data already associated with that service's account, such as Your name, email address, and profile picture. You may also have the option to share additional information with Us through that service. Any information We receive is governed by this Privacy Policy.
Data Minimization
Regardless of which sign-in method You choose, We collect only the data necessary to provide and maintain Your account. We do not request permissions beyond what is required for the Service to function.
4. Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on Our Service and store certain information. Technologies We use include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect, track, and analyze Our Service.

To store Your preferences locally — settings such as display theme (dark/light mode) and language choice are saved on Your device using on-device storage (SharedPreferences) and are not transmitted to Our servers.
Key Service Providers We Use
We rely on the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each provider processes data on Our behalf under their own privacy and security terms:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage) — used for user authentication, database storage, server-side logic, and file storage. Firebase is operated by Google LLC. See Firebase Privacy & Security.
Google Sign-In — used to allow users to authenticate with their Google account.
Sign in with Apple — used to allow users to authenticate with their Apple ID. Apple does not require You to share Your real email address.
Twilio — used to send one-time passcode (OTP) SMS messages for phone number verification during sign-up and password reset. See Twilio Privacy Notice.
6. Sharing Your Data
We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:
With Service Providers — to monitor and analyze use of Our Service, or to contact You on Our behalf.
For business transfers — in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business.
With Affiliates — where we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or companies under common control with Us.
With business partners — to offer You certain products, services, or promotions.
With other users — when You share Personal Data in public areas of the Service, such information may be viewed by all users and distributed outside the Service.
With Your consent — for any other purpose where You have given explicit consent.
We do not sell Your Personal Data to third parties. We do not share Apple-provided data (obtained via Sign in with Apple) with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. Where possible, We apply shorter retention periods and reduce identifiability by deleting, aggregating, or anonymizing data sooner when it is no longer needed.

We may retain Personal Data beyond the periods above when: (a) required by law (e.g., financial records for tax authorities); (b) necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; (c) You explicitly request continued retention; or (d) data exists in encrypted backup systems scheduled for routine deletion.
Secure Deletion
When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with Our backup schedule, and are not accessed except for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance purposes. In some cases, We may convert Personal Data into anonymous statistical data that cannot be linked back to You; such anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research and analytics.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.

10. Deleting Your Account and Data
You have the right to request deletion of the Personal Data We have collected about You. When You delete Your account, We permanently remove Your profile from Our database and, where applicable, from Firebase Authentication.
You can delete Your account directly from within the app:
Open the app and go to the Profile screen.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm when prompted. Your account and all associated Personal Data will be permanently deleted from Our systems.
Alternatively, You may contact Us directly at welkassar@easylinkegypt.net to request deletion of any Personal Data You have provided to Us, and We will action Your request within 30 days.
If You signed in using Sign in with Apple or Google, You may also revoke Our app's access directly through your Apple ID settings or Google Account settings respectively. Revoking access does not automatically delete Your account data — please also use the in-app delete button or contact Us to request full deletion.
Please note that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes). Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify You may be retained for analytics.
11. Legal Disclosure of Your Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
Other Legal Requirements
The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
13. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16.
If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent or guardian, We may require Your parent's or guardian's consent before We collect and use that information.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, including the authentication providers (Apple, Google) beyond what they share with Us as described in Section 3.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
Where changes are material, We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice within Our Service prior to the change becoming effective, giving You reasonable time to review the updated policy before it applies to You.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
